I started training with Jayden a few months ago. I have been with personal trainers in the past and no one compares. He adjusts the workout to fit your level and comfort but at the same time he pushes you to do better every time. I have seen amazing results and just a few months. He comes up with new workouts every week. He is professional, creative and really knows what he’s doing and talking about. I first heard about Jayden from my boyfriend (he was my boyfriend’s personal trainer). My boyfriend was loving the progress and results he was getting so I thought I’d give working with Jayden a try! He’s been my personal trainer for a while now and he’s taught my so much. Not only about training but about nutrition too. When I first began working out at Anytime Fitness a year ago, I could barely do a single set of ten body weight squats without feeling defeated, fatigued and disappointed. My first few workouts were brutal, and it was at this time I realized how much room I had to grow.

 Training with Jayden made me realize the immense progress I can make with a bit of motivation, guidance and support. Over this past year, I have grown unbelievably more confident and strong in comparison to the 2017 "me". I never would have expected to lift half the weight I do today. The past me would undoubtedly scoff at the idea of lifting a standard barbell at all.

 As a professional personal trainer, Jayden always takes extra care to work with his clients, even on the days we are struggling to keep it together. He has been a lovely person to work with and I am incredibly grateful for all his help, friendship and advice. I look forward to continuing our training, and pushing my limits these next few months!

I started working with Jayden about 4 months ago. For various reasons, I wasn’t happy with how I looked and was getting pretty bored of the same training routines everyday. I’m also working to get into the Canadian Armed Forces, and conditioning is crucial in that process and he incorporated that into my training effortlessly. He is very much your all-round coach. Whether its weight loss, bulking, cutting, show prep, or just trying to live a healthier life he will do it for you. I was a beginner powerlifter and was doing well in it, moving weight I’ve never touched before and was having fun. I then realized that maybe eating whatever I want and lifting heavy wasn’t exactly what I wanted, I put on weight because of that and wasn’t happy with it. So, when the military popped up, I needed to start making some changes.

We started training with Jayden in the summer of 2018. He is super experienced and motivational. Jayden pushes us as a couple right out of our comfort zone, but in a healthy way. He prepares a workout plan catered to your ability and skills. Before starting, we told Jayden that we wanted to loose weight for our wedding, in just a few months he made us realize that the key is making it a lifestyle change not just about shedding the pounds. Although we both have lost weight we are more impressed with how great we feel overall!

 In addition to preparing a program for us, he is our nutrition coach. He prepares monthly meal plans for us incorporating creative but healthy eating habits and also suggests very good vitamins and products to help reach our goals.etc. We both have various health issues from Thyroid disease to high blood pressure, metabolic issues etc., but Jayden still manages to work with us.

 Thanks Jayden for not only being our trainer but our health coach. Every time we hit the gym or feel off track with our diet we remind ourselves of your slogan  #betterthanyesterday!
